One of the oldest and most famous clubs in local
amateur football. Boots, with links to the Pharmaceutical Company
based in the County, became founder members of the NSL in 2004 after
being at the forefront of the old Notts Alliance Senior Division,
which they twice won in the nineties. After around half a century at
their excellent Lady Bay ground, a decision by owners
Nottinghamshire CC to join forces with Nottingham RFU, meant that
Boots would have to relocate down the river, from the 2006/07 season
‘the chemists’ will play their home games at Siemens EWS and
their Trent Vale Road Ground. |
