| Latest Referee News
We will be holding a
referees training night on Wednesday 15th September during the Bilborough Pelican game.
Arrive 19-00-19.30
The scope of the meeting will be to
create a standard set of assistants duties, and slight improvements in to the referees
visual signals to aid referee and Assitant referee communication.
There will also be a game on this night
which we could watch after. However i do not want to put any extra pressure on the match
officials & I would appreciate if you could keep the comments to the bare minimum to
allow the match officials to undergo their job with the least amount of distraction from
ourself.
Food will be provided
Dress code will be sensible for a
typical September evening
Please bring at least one flag.
Wet weather clothing would be advisable
Please support our host club in the
best way possible.
Example's of issues at games will be
re-enacted by club managers wanting to clarify and improve the decision making process of
match officials. Can you put this on the website please, but not as a "thread".
I don't want people making comments on it.
Kind regards
Darrell Parkes ACQI
