Originally formed in 1972 as Southbank FC and more latterly Arnold Southbank FC, Gedling Southbank changed their name at the beginning of the 2006/07 season after a merge with a local Junior Club. Also being more apparent to where the Senior side play their home games. Southbank now have FA Charter Standard and run four senior sides, a veteran’s side and now support Junior levels from under sevens right through to eighteens.
